Plan Your Visit
Welcome to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. We know that going to a new place can be a bit intimidating so at Prince of Peace we make every effort to help you feel at ease. We have ushers at every service who can assist you with questions like – where are the restrooms?, where do I sit? etc. We look forward to meeting you.
Where is Prince of Peace?
Prince of Peace Lutheran church and office is located at 20 Rogers Parade West, Everton Park, Qld 4053 alongside the Junior campus ( K-6 ) of our College. To get to the church and church office, enter at 20 Rogers Parade West (which is also the school entry) and drive around the ring road to the church located at the front of the school.
Where should I park and enter for worship?
You may park on the ring road to the church, in front of the School reception building, down on the netball courts or on the third level down by the Prep Classrooms and Kindergarden. The entry to the church is on the Eastern side of the building facing Rogers Parade West. For the first time it may be easiest to get a park in front of the School reception building and walk up to the entry from there. If stairs are a difficulty, then continue along the ring road and park in front of the church, parallel to Rogers Parade West.
What are your service times

What are our Worship Services like?
Every Sunday we join together to sing, pray and hear biblical teaching and share in the Lord’s Supper and we would love you to join in with us. The services are approximately 1 hour long and occasionally have baptisms, special messages from missionaires or services featuring students from our College. We have ushers at every service who are there to serve and assist you. If you have a question or need assistance just ask!
Communion is for baptised believers who know their need of forgiveness and believe that Jesus is really present in this meal. All others are welcome to come forward for a blessing (simply cross your arms across your chest) Gluten free wafers and de-alcoholised wine available from individual cup trays. If you’ll prefer to watch this part of the service you’re most welcome.
Is there something for my kids?
We wholeheartedly encourage children to worship WITH us. Parents are normally more sensitive to their child’s noise than we are! However, the parents room is available for feeding, nappy changing or if a child becomes upset. The service can be seen and heard in the room through the built in speakers (if for some reason the speakers are off, please notify the ushers). Please note that for insurance purposes, children require parental supervision.
What is the “dress code”?
We believe that God is more interested in what’s in your heart than what you’re wearing so we’re pretty relaxed at Prince of Peace. You’ll see a wide variety of clothing, from those who like to dress up to those who prefer jeans. Choose something comfortable and come and see us!
