The Prince of Peace came to live for us, die for us, and rise for us so that we might have a peace that surpasses understanding. By him, death itself is overcome, our sin is cleansed, all evil is defeated, and we are made righteous. In Christ, we cannot be rejected, we have nothing to be ashamed of, and we are sustained by the promise of life everlasting.
