Get Involved

There are many ways to become involved at Prince of Peace. here are some of our opportunities.

LIFE Groups

People need community. LIFE Groups are a place to share, laugh, and simply discover the joy of God’s grace and how that grace can positively impact their life in community. Most groups meet fortnightly. Contact Pastor David if you would like to join one.

Our LIFE Groups spend time studying the Bible and other resources, but there are also special study courses that are offered each year to help people explore who they are as god’s special, and how they can live purposeful, fulfilling lives in an often complex world.  During the course of the year we run 3 significant courses;

  • Pathways
  • Three Colours of Ministry

Contact Pastor Rob for more information.

Shed Men

Shed men is a monthly gathering of blokes, who meet together around a burger to listen, share and encourage each other to become better blokes. It is usually on the fourth Monday night of every month (except December).

Ladies Fellowship

The ladies fellowship get together on the 4th Tuesday of the month for fellowship and to study God’s word. They are active in supporting various ministry projects – here and in Australia and overseas.

Mum’s and Bub’s Group

Women’s Breakfast

Meets on the 1st thursday of the month at 8am at a local cafe. Contact Avonne Kearney for more information.

Social soccer takes place monthly on the 3rd Sunday of the month beginning at 3.30 at the Henderson Road Campus of the Prince of Peace College.  It is an opportunity for parents and their kids to have a kick and a laugh.

A more serious soccer competition is held during the soccer season. Contact Allan Robb for further details.

Community Camps

Two camps are held each year with people from the Church and people from the College community. Contact Beryl Paech for more information.
