You don’t want a babysitter; you want a mission. You don't want to just talk about "the world's problems"—you want to actually do something about them. If you’re ready to trade words for action, the North Brisbane Youth Collaborative is looking for you.
Prince of Peace and St. Paul’s want to ditch the old-school model of what 'youth group' looks like. We’re building a collaborative focused on active discipleship and servant leadership. We aren’t here to entertain you; we’re here to equip you.
Here is the blueprint for 2026:
You Run the Show: No more "adults-only" decision-making. We want to know what you care about. You set the agenda; we provide the backing.
Mission is the Vibe: Faith is useless if it’s stuck inside four walls. We’re hitting the streets with local care initiatives and, down the road a bit, planning mission trips that actually matter.
Level Up Your Leadership: We’re giving you the skills to lead projects in your school, your church, and your city. Build a CV that actually says something.
A Real Squad: Find your people. No fakes—just a community rooted in faith, service, and having each other's backs.
We're still just getting started, but if you’re in Years 7–12, you’re invited to help us build this from the ground up. So far, we've been getting together once every 2-3 weeks to do things like:
Brainstorm potential service projects
Dinner & ice skating
Volunteer at a Trivia Night fundraiser
What are we going to do next? Help us decide!
Once you fill out the form, we'll start sending you updates for future events and add you to our WhatsApp group. If you're under 18, make sure to include a parent's contact info as well.
